Couldn't agree more, cigarman! I'm sure that some bean counter saw all the revenue going to NW, and decided to make an attempt to keep it in house. I suppose that you really can't blame them, but nonetheless, CO did tell us that this was a partnership with NW? Nice way to treat a "partner".

FWIW, I used some miles for NW awards to YYC. I looked up the availability on NWA.com, and then called CO to book. The CO agent kept trying to put me on CO metal between CLE and MSP. Had to ask twice to be on NW metal on those legs. Like I'm going to fly a jungle jet when I can fly NW on a coach award and still get an elite upgrade? I don't think so...
