I'm curious about where all the posters who can't get saver awards live. I live in the NYC area and the only time I have had to go to easypass was the return on a EWR-MSY rt booked on short notice.

I've been elite as high as platinum and as low as silver, have had as many as 380,000 miles sitting in my account at one time. Currently have a bit over 160,000 and was able to book three EWR-SNA over christmas on the new website.

Usually my cash ins are EWR-LAX/SNA/SAN/SLC
so maybe they free up a lot of seats on these routes.
