Good - VS Clubhouse LHR, CX Pier and Wing, Concorde Room (sometimes), MH lounges at KUL

Bad - Pretty much anything by AA or IB, the DEL contract lounges and the BOM overflow lounge - it's a smoke filled bar area open to everyone!

Overated - SIN Silverkris lounge (apart from the bar serving Krug in the F side )
