Your total time from Grand Central to your terminal will probably be similar with either the bus or train. Given that you're already at Grand Central, I would do the Olympia Trails bus. Just go to 41st and Lexington, buy your ticket, get on the bus, and get off in front of your terminal. You might run into a little traffic, but I've done this on a Friday at 5PM and it wasn't that bad.
