There is also an Express Airport bus that you can get at 41 St & Lexington Ave. (Grand Central is on 42nd between Lex & Madison). I think its about $11.00 and goes from Grand Central with one stop near Penn Station directly to Newark Airport. Depending upon traffic it could take anywhere from 1/2 to one hour.
