I have tried all combinations on Luftansa site. I tried with and without my Aeroplan number; with and without an address etc.
ONLY thing I have NOT tried is to ask to issue paper ticekts to an address in Germany but still use my credit card. According to the web site, the billing address on the credit card MUST match that of the mailing address.

I just spoke to a friend in Fussen where I will be visiting and it she has offerred to get a local TA to issue the ticket if I am stuck.
I like the Expedia.de option so that at least I can pay with MY credit card without imposing on some one else and have the ticket delivered to her address.....
If the fare you want is an online fare only, a local TA will not be able to help you with that. If it is not an online fare you can just call any LH reservation line in Germany from anywhere in the world and have them issue an etix! They will only ask you for your CC number, no address, and issue the ticket.

And again, it is illegal in Germany to check the billing address of a credit card. It can not be done technically, no possibility to feed the information to the CC company and no way to get a response, whatever they state on the website.
