Ok, confused. Looking at flights for December LBA-LHR. The fare class is NDISOW both ways, the fare type is showing as tiny (N). This is looking on flybmi, not bmibaby...

so from that I would assume that no miles if using BD membership and no lounge access (not that I would get because no status). But would they accrue miles on LH (it's nothing to do with bmibaby)? And I presume if I chose to book I'd get lounge access as a *G?
