..especially when they try to make up some more lines than just "welcome Mr og, I hope you have a pleasant flight." Everyone who is getting the greeting knows to ask for "anything that they need to make the flight more comfortable". The CSM must hate doing it. It's even more hollow when you see them reading the name from the list.
