A colleague received the challenge promo (3 roundtrips required) and was trying to construct an itinerary (with 2 separate tickets) to satisfy 2 of the 3 required trips.

Here's what I came up with - is it valid for the purposes of this challenge? The wording is very ambiguous in the letter. The cities my coworker was given includes EWR. He is based in LAX.

So we were thinking:

ticket #1: LAX-EWR and back
ticket #2: (nested inside ticket #1's timeframe) EWR-BOS and back

Is this valid? The promo leads me to believe that only trips TO the city listed qualify; is this true? Then EWR-BOS would not be valid?
