Although I've stayed in two nice CP properties in The Netherlands (The American Hotel ^ and Schiphol) a business associate of mine (travelling on an itinerary I booked for him) was staying at their property in Foster City, CA and his car was broken into while parked in their parking lot. He was out over a grands worth of belongings and the staff of the hotel was of absolutely no assistance. They wouldn't even call the police for him. Although a sign in their lot said they weren't liable for theft they showed NO compassion. They have lost my business.
