[QUOTE=negotiator]
If you had any idea of what it is you're talking about you'd realize that the right to strike is implied in the right to collectively bargain which is recognized as a fundemental legal right by international jurisprudence.
Your antiquated idea of rights and mine are poles apart...when a public/government union that provides essential services denies me access to publicly owned facilities or endangers my well being my constitutional rights are being trampled...so don't give me your BS about rights because yours are based on anarchy as designed by union thugs to blackmail the whole population and deny us of our basic rights which they are hired to protect or maintain.
(by the way, NAV Canada is not a public sector employer!)
Its an essential service employer and their unions should be barred from any labour actions
also enjoy the right to strike notwithstanding various government's attempts at breaking international law by limiting that right.
Bring me some more whine...that sentence makes me puke frankly...and you and the other thugs hate american unions coming here;what a bunch of hypocrites.
All those in favor of recinding the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as suggested by Parnel, please say yea!
And those in favour of having your essential services guaranteed at all times tell him and his union thugs to get lost. BTW I view AC as an essential service in this country as well.
