Many years ago... I missed my flight from LHR to YYZ and the only choice I had was AI. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! Flight was 3 hours delayed, aircraft smelled horrible, the worst was seeing a cock-roach on the head rest of the seat two rows ahead of me!
