Wow. I had to make a call in about a schedule change today - my "13 minute" hold was about 35 minutes.
Called before lunch re using an unused ticket against a new purchase.
Told the wait would be 14 minutes.
After 20 minutes I had to hang up and leave for a lunch meeting.
Now on hold at the 12 minute mark...told when I called the wait would be 20 minutes.
AS has got to be losing $$$ with all these incoming 800 calls parked on hold for these long amounts of time.
