So, for the purposes of my 4 flights/50000 miles offer (they need to be Y B or H fare), if I select a fare that the site shows as "changeable for £30/no refunds for cancellation/you can join the Exec Club" I'm OK?

Sorry to double-check; I need to do 2 flights on my own dollar and don't want to waste £450 (= 2 x LON - MAN returns).
