Exclamation Airlines NEVER waive rules before the strike.

I have been through numerous strikes over the past 30 years.

Airlines never waive the rules before the strike. They always spout optimistic garbage, regardless of the negotiating reality.

But don't worry. Once the strike happens, if your flight is cancelled, they'll be very accommodating.

Just be prepared for delays, and bring something to read.
