From pay cuts to cost cuts to fellow employees being fired to eternally late flights to passengers with totally ruined 4th of July vacation plans, I am sure that AS employees may be a little demoralized at this point.

I can't re-emphasize that there is very little cost cutting left to be done in this industry. Somehow, someway, we as passengers are just going to have to pay a little more for our tickets.

The airlines do deserve to make at least a small profit and pay their employees a decent wage.
