Odd to say but I don't actually know. My company is a big client (in terms of $$$, not so much in terms of activity), so one of their employees has an office on our site. I just call her, and she emails me my itin. It shows up on my corporate card as "AMERICAN AIRLINES - SYOSSET, NY". It seems they're doing direct billing through AA. The email comes from my company's domain and the billing goes through AA... but I know the agent doesn't directly work for our company.
