Reading the accident report reminded me of "Charlie Victor Romeo" (http://www.charlievictorromeo.com/), a chilling off-off Broadway performance that had been playing in NYC, in which they took actual transcripts from cockpit voice recorders (or CVRs, hence the charlie victor romeo) recovered after aircraft disasters and reenacted the scenes from the cockpit leading up to and culminating in the accident.
