If it says "This is not changable or refundable" for a leg, that means it's deep discount economy, completely restricted, and will give you no TPs, and 0.25 miles. If you use the option of "Increase Flexibility" this will get you the cheapest points/miles earning flight. (by miles earning, I mean >25%)
If it says "Changable/upgradable for a fee (e.g. £30)" then that's semi-flexible, and will give you the TPs and miles.
I'm sorry, I'm not following this.
I thought that only Y, B and H classes were eligible for TPs and 100% miles?
But there are quite a lot of lower fares that are changeable with a fee, right down to V class.
