Thanks to anyone who has written to United about this. If enough of you guys with clout, status, etc write letters of complaint it might save a few jobs here in the United States, not to mention talking to people who are well aware of all the dynamics happening (i.e., having to call from the airport as flights are being cancelled or delayed). How can they really get a sense of urgency while being robots ?
