Don't think so
Doing the math properly:

4 PC points = 1 AA mile = 2 HHonors points (US based residents can get a slightly better rate for Hawaii AA rewards but most of us can't)

So 1 PC point = .5 HHonors points

not sure if i can buy that
1 night at an IC (30k) = 1 night at a category 1 or 2 Hilton (15k)
