Delta has already redone some of those things outside of Chapter 11.

We have heard the "months", "weeks", "days" away from BK for a couple of years now and Delta is still hanging in there. Hell, two years ago, some had them written off for Chap 11 in a month and Chap 7 the next month after that.

The just raised SimpliFares, I hope that is a sign of good things to come for the airline industry.
