I know when some companies go belly-up, they are allowed to get out of bad leases and other cash draining agreements. If DL was bankrupt, I wonder if they would be able to scrap the long-tem deal made with the like of Mullins, Burns, etc? Maybe this isn't the problem, but something has to be done or else filing will be only months away IMHO.
