Uh-oh, I goofed a little and left out that I'm flying to Taitung in the morning. So my final destination isn't Songshan (TSA) after all.

I do appreciate all the above info very much. It sounds like the smart thing to do is take a taxi cross town from the international to the national airport.

I'll check the star ratings of local hotels near TSA as suggested.
