another valuation question

a friend is looking to trade HHonors points for PC points

what would be the valuation

1 aa mile = 2 hhonors = ????

cat 6 Hilton @40k = IC @ 30k

so 1 PC point = 1.3 HHonors ??

and at the bottom end

Cat 1 hilton = 10k PC

so 1 PC point = 1 HHonors ??
