I registered at the sametime as the other half. I was sent a plastic card, she wasn't but I had her print out. After asking 3 times for a card I have managed to lose the piece of paper. How can I find her number out for her?

I can't get to a phone during the hours the customerline is open and each email regarding such things is taking months to be replied.

Last time I flew with her on an order I placed was a year ago, any ideas how I can see that under my flight details at all?
