I second Temple Square Tour and third Gateway Center. Both are good options, though three hours may be cutting it close for the Temple Square tour.

I've breezed through SLC security in 5 minutes during the Monday morning or Friday evening DL bank. I've also waited 45+ minutes on a Tuesday. It is completely unpredictable.
