I don't do anything but e-tix anymore, and don't see a reason for paper. I was even Rule 120'd unto another carrier in June with an E-ticket after a mechanical in DFW. According to the agent (in the PC) it was just as easy to endorse E-Tickets as paper these days.

I've also traveled intl. to Tel Aviv with E-ticket several times. No problems.
