online reward booking - 24 hour res. expiration
Did my first reward reservation last Thursday on new.continental.com and it did expire after 24 hours. You will likely recall that when calling on the phone your reserved itn is good for 14 days.
Called the reward center and found out the policy hasn't changed, thankfully.
If you reserve an itn on new.continental.com and don't plan to ticket right away - just call the reward center with the confirmation number and they can change the expiration date for you. Whether they fix this, who knows?
