Assuming you want to check availability for a full mile redemption;
Sign into your FC account
Click on Frequent Flyer
Click on Spend miles
Click on Virgin Atlantc flights
On the secon paragraph down there is a link ( to book VS reward flights click here)
then select destination/date/ class.
