Ok, let me get this straight.
By asking an airline to abide by the rules of their own fare class (which they have written with their legal dept and that I had absolutely no say in) is greedy on my part? OK, fair enough if thats what you truly think. Thats your opinion and youre entitled to it.
Just ask yourself...how flexible is Delta when I make a so-called obvious mistake??
