this get's worse - Aeroflot have debited the miles from my account, but have booked the wrong date for the return. When I phoned to discuss, I was told that the person who deals with frequent flyer tickets for UK and Europe had gone on holiday for 3 weeks and no one else was able to deal with it. I could either take the flights as is, or cancel. When I asked if I would get the miles back, she said she didn't know and then put the phone down on me.
Lovely!! I suppose I better just go rather than risk losing the miles.
added: in the end have cancelled..a lady from Aeroflot Germany has said she will fax me to say I will get the miles back...we'll see.
