Maybe you found a "stickler" for the rules... or maybe that is the new policy.

More watering down of Plat bennies without actually informing the elites.

As for J domestic... I think it has been watered down over the last year or so. I presume it is because of increased fuel prices et.al and the thinning margins. However, I doubt if things will return to normal when petrol sorts itself out...
