The funny thing is that in both instances they had a record of the stay and they had a record of our credit card, they just said there were simply no charges.
And that is exactly the point,
MSP2000, I don't know whether I should complain or applaud.
I also have a third stay at the San Diego Marriott that hasn't posted but couldn't check that out today because their accounting office was closed. If this happens again, I am really going to begin to wonder what's happening.
