We have had two hotel stays lately, one at the Las Vegas Hilton and the other at the Baltimore Sheraton, that didn't show up on our accounts. We couldn't find copies of our bills and when we called the hotels to check were adivsed that there were no charges.



Yes we were there, but no there were no charges to our account, no matter how they checked out. Should I be happy for getting free (upgraded by the way) rooms or sad that we don't get any points or any credit for stays?
