Situation - have a multi leg flight to Europe on a MR, just logged on to AA.com where my US/Europe leg is off the itinerary and have to call c.s. I am new to this situation - hints from you pros on how to approach this before I call...i.e., I do not want them to suggest a straight route, as I am doing two redeyes...thanks in advance
