It's been pretty bad on and off for at least the last 9 months. I've not had too bad an experience at T1 but T4 in the mornings is pretty ghastly. Even on the later SIN flight I have been confronted with an EU queue winding in a very disorganised manner up the corridor.

Recent events will probable make it even worse.
