This is weird. I took a redeye home last night and when the FAs came around with the hot towels, they weren't hot towels. They were those moist non-cloth towelettes; the ones you buy in grocery stores. I've never had them on AA before. Is this the way things are going, or just something they improvised for that specific flight?
