I reserved a specialty van (supposedly a larger minivan, Dodge Grand Caravan) from Thrifty at MDW. Reading many posts here, I'm kind of worried about their customer service, although I am a bluechip member and my only experience with them was OK (last time in Miami). I could go to Hertz but we have six people and a long journey and Hertz's Ford Freestar might not be as roomy. (especially the third row? not quite sure.) So please let me know if you have any good/bad/mixed experience with that location. Many thanks!
