OLCI and self-check in both failed on me
When I attempted to check in for BA1444 with first OLCI then the self service check in counter, both options failed on me. I got a message on the OLCI indicating that they could not find my flight/booking and that I should head to the manual check in desk; the self-service check in thingy reitierated the latter message.
Does anyone know why both OLCI and self-check in failed? I really wanted to avoid the long queues at the manual check in desk....
