I think Sheraton is especially good addressing problems on site. The situation we encountered involved two rooms, multiple visits from maintenance and three maids. Efrem, don't tell me it sounds like the 12 days of Christmas. It might as well have been for all the time we spent sorting it out. Anyway, we were comped the night we were there, given one night's worth of points and a certificate for another free night....very generous.
