TBIT is a rabbit's warren of lounges and QF has multiple lounges there. If you are eligible to use more than one lounge then don't stop at the first lounge that you see (it is the worst one). The lounges get better the further in you go. No showers anywhere in TBIT; if you are arriving on AA in T4, you can use the lounge in T4 prior to going over to TBIT (but not if you are originating in TBIT or flying other than AA into T4). The T4 facilities are quite nice and include reasonably good showers.
