Continental to PTY

Copa to EZE
(involuntary two night stopover in EZE)
MH to South Africa
(visit for a couple weeks)
Air France to CDG
(stopover in Paris for a week)
KLM to AMS on last flight of day
(involuntary overnight stopover in AMS)
NW to USA
Seven airlines in first or business class, visit six cities/countries - all for 120,000 miles.
That would be an awesome trip for my 90,000 NW miles as well. But as was mentioned previously my girlfriend's 90,000 CO miles wouldn't work with MH (EZE to JNB). Is there a way to convert CO miles to NW miles?
On the return, could one substitute the stop at CDG on AF with a stop at NBO (w/ sidetrip to Seychelle Islands) on Kenya Air, then either Kenya Air or KLM to AMS?[/COLOR]
