Which account to credit WP or OP?

Even though I live in Houston I don't usually travel on CO. I have over 100,000 WP miles and about 1800 OP miles. I am flying from IAH to BHM in a few weeks and the ticket prices were about the same on NW vs. CO. Since it is a quick trip I decided on the direct, non-stop CO flight. I signed up for the CO AMEX bonus but just noticed that the fare I purchased is Q so it won't count. I could have taken a NW flight via MEM and gotten the double miles promo on my WP account but decided my time was worth more.

Should I have the miles credited to Onepass or WP?

I usually try and get the most miles I can in any given program (more bang for the buck.) Even though some might consider them orphan miles, I don't worry about it since expiration dates are almost non-existent anymore. Here are my options as I see them.

Credit to OP:
562 IAH to BHM
562 BHM to IAH
1000 on-line booking at continental.com

2124 Onepass miles

or

Credit to WP:
562 IAH to BHM
562 BHM to IAH

1124 WP miles

Are there any other bonuses I could take advantage of by crediting to OP like check-in at the kiosk etc? I don't expect to fly enough this year to earn status in either program but if I credit to CO they wouldn't go towards status like the NW flights (credited to WP) did that I took earlier this year. Thanks.
