Most NW & NW Airlink FA's give pleasant professional Svc. in both FC & the Main Cabin
I think you got someone who, like you said wasn't a morning person, or simply had an attitude. Most NW FA's have good attitudes and provide decent service in FC, WBC and the main cabin.
