Well, as mentioned in another thread, it is true. I just talked to WE-CARE (to voice my concern re. HoKeY fares, which I have not heretofore done) and confirmed that beginning November 1, there will be NO, ZERO free drinks systemwide on any flight.

I have stayed out of all the CO-bashing, mainly because I am Infinite elite, so why would I ever bother to change airlines? But, CO has taken away so many benefits, there is now no choice. There is a bigger issue at play here:

What the heck is up with Gordon and the management team? The corporate strategy decisions they are making are contrary to common sense and certainly against all of his previous blaterings ("you can make a pizza so cheap, nobody will buy it..."). I am going to toss out my copy of worst to first - Gordon was obviously insincere in his writings.
