As the father of two sweet and wonderful Yorkshire Terriers whom I love more than I can describe, I am devastated by your story. I can't possibly offer you enough condolences.

I'm not a huge fan of the media in general, but I believe, in this case, they can do some good. I suggest you contact as many media outlets that will listen and tell them your story. I too would focus on Houston, since (1) that's where this tragedy happened and (2) CO is based there.

I'm literally shaking with anger and crying with sadness over what happened to your precious puppy, and CO's pathetic response.

I am so very sorry.
