777, Tel Aviv and 666, Carmel SUCK!

I use Carey Worldwide, we have account with them, and can use them worldwide where they have franchises (basically every major city). They can do ocassion stuff for you if you make an appointment ahead of time.

777 and 666 are just over glorifed Taxi services... Carey Worldwide is a real sedan service
