it's a good use of miles for me - as I'm no longer based in Moscow, the only use for the miles is LHR-SVO or LED so I'm not really missing out on anything better by using them - and since I'm currently not working, a free flight (+tax) is better than £270 (LH) which is the current cheapest I can find for the dates I want.
Mind you, hotels in Moscow are extremely expensive - anyone with some tips?
