In the past I have seen the cereal bars in ATL, but for the most part just the bottle of mystery mix and the funny waffle crackers. DFW generally also had the cereal bars.

It's basically the same. In FLL, I had the snack mix in the big bottle that you pour into paper cups. In BOS they had granola bars, which I like.
I can't comment on ATL or CVG snacks in the CRC because I enjoy eating at the airport, so don't even bother. In BOS or FLL, I boycott the airport restaurants, so I make good use of the snacks.
